The Central Pacific Shipping Commission (CPSC) is a sub-regional organization in the Central Pacific to serve the common interest, needs and the public welfare of the people of its members in the field of shipping. It aims to encourage and promote an economical, reliable,safe and coordinated shipping service through regulation that meet the demand for international commercial shipping to these island nations. At present the Pacific Community (SPC), Transport Program acts as the interim secretariat for CPSC.
