By Pacific regional organisations and institutions sharing information, results and knowledge about climate action they strengthen their capacity to intervene, mitigate and/or adapt.

The PACRES project is a 2.5M EURO with the European Union as the main donor. It is jointly implemented by the Pacific Island Forum, University of the South Pacific and Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment programme (SPREP) alongside the Pacific Community SPC.

This project follows the EU PACTVET project (2014-2020) which began regional and national capacity building of technical expertise to respond to climate change adaptation.
